Lenovo Ideacentre B310, 3GB RAM, i3 550 @ 3.2GHz, 1080P display. I've ried almost everything. The chipset drivers from Lenovo doesn't work with Windows ten, so I downloaded them from Intel, H55 Chipset. The problem is when I completely ability off everything ( shutdown + turn off the UPS) and boot it doesn't work, if I just close down, in that location's no trouble.

I accept an Ideacentre B310 All In One and I recently upgraded to Windows x. Whenever I power off and kicking again, my USB controllers doesn't work ( mouse, external hdd, thumb drives) and I have to reinstall chipset drivers from Intel to become information technology working again. Any solution for this?
My uncle and aunt had the same problem after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows x with a H55 chipset. Although the figurer was shut downward, afterwards switching it back on, Windows 10 came with the notion of coming out of hibernation. The USB connectors on the behind, directly on the motherboard, didn't piece of work, but the USB connectors on the front of the case did.
The solution that worked was to disable hibernation completely. I think there is a bug within Windows 10 that shutting downwardly Windows ten with a H55 chipset becomes hibernation.
i) find cmd.exe (\windows\system32)
2) run cmd.exe as administrator (right click to meet this pick)
3) type: powercfg /hibernate off
4) <enter>
Hope that I could help someone with this.
